Ardbrack Financial Limited (‘Ardbrack Financial’) takes data privacy seriously. This notice provides information about the ways in which Ardbrack Financial process the personal information provided to us.

Ardbrack Financial is located at 5 Guardwell, Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland. The firm offers professional financial advice to individuals, families and SMEs. Our main focus is on financial planning and advice, the provision of financial solutions relating to pension & retirement saving, investments and financial protection.

We may gather personal data from you in order to provide you with personalised advice on investment and insurance policies, financial plans and general financial advice. The data we gather may include information about your age and that of your dependents; financial data including salary, spending, savings & investments, mortgage and other loans, pensions, insurance and other financial information; address details; employment information, financial goals and objectives; other data relevant to providing financial advice. Legal Basis for Data Processing
We gather and process data based on regulatory and legal obligations, including but not limited to: Obligation under the Consumer Protection Code to contact clients with updates to the products or services they have bought or invested in ; Obligation to comply with Anti Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing legislation by requesting proof of your identity and address.

Your data may be shared with Investment and Insurance companies that we have agency agreements with in order to perform services on your behalf. Your data may also be shared with companies we use for financial planning. All companies with whom we share your data are obligated to have their own Privacy Policies in compliance with Data Protection Regulations and GDPR. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfill the service they provide on your behalf.

How long do we keep your personal data for?
We will retain your personal data for the duration of our relationship plus seven years in order to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
While we are in possession of your personal data you have the following rights:
